Three bingo players from different parts of the United Kingdom saw their luck change when they scooped the National Bingo game jackpot. The three players, who do not know each other, hit the big prizes during last week and added up £90,000 worth of winning between them.
First, a man won £32,000 at his local Winners Club in Guildhall Street. The lucky father of three commented that he will use the money to go abroad on a holiday with his wife and children, pay off some debts and buy a new car. “It stunned me,” the anonymous winner said. “I carried on playing afterwards but I was just going through the motions. If I had won again I wouldn’t have known.”
Second, 21-year-old George Carter won £21,000 at his local Gala Bingo, in his third visit to the club. “My parents didn’t believe me when I told them, even when I showed them the claims form the club had given me. They thought I had been to a mate’s house to make it,” George commented.
Third, a 42-year-old man who requested not to be named scooped a £37,000 National Bingo jackpot at the Mecca Bingo hall in Danestrete. The lucky player has been a member of the club for 15 years and although he did not make any comments, the operations manager of the bingo parlor said the player was pretty amazed when he realized how much he had won.
